Full Detail Gift Certificate
Includes hand wash and towel dry exterior, vacuum interior and trunk. Clean and condition dashboard, console, and ashtrays. Shampoo the upholstery, carpets, seats, and floor mats. Clean and condition leather with Lexol. Remove insects and road debris. Apply a pre-wax cleaner to remove light scratches and minor oxidation. Hand apply three layers of wax. Clean and wax door and trunk jambs. Clean all windows and mirrors. We do not clean engines or headliners.

Payment & Cancellations:
Payment must be made up
front before service starts. Cancellations due to weather
or vacations do not count against account. No shows are counted
against account as a service performed. Any service not done
to your satisfaction will be redone or not counted against
your account.
Club membership may be transferable, restrictions apply.
There are no refunds for unused services or for any other reason. Mobile One reserves the right to cancel the membership plan if the plan is inactive for longer than 6 months, special arrangements may be made by contacting Mobile One Services.
* Club plan services do not expire until 18 months from purchase date, but you are expected to keep your scheduled appointments when ever possible, All services should be set up on a regular service schedule unless special arrangements are made with Mobile One Services in writing.

Gift Certificate Information
Gift Certificates are normally good for 6 months from date of purchase or date of activation, such as birthday or Christmas, etc. We can and do make exceptions as long as the expiration date is within a reasonable amount of time.
We are able to email you or the recipient a .pdf copy of the gift certificate, mail a hard copy of the certificate or even deliver the certificate personally, if given enough notice. For special concerns or delivery options, email us at info@mobileoneservices.com and we'll respond right away. There are no refunds for gift certificates or club plans, we do allow transfers in certain conditions.
Certificate Delivery:
Mobile One can personally deliver the gift certificate to the recipient if time is of the essence. Typically we don't charge for this service, as long as it's within a reasonable proximity of our office or service area. We can also email a .pdf version of the certificate to you if this is a last minute idea. Normal delivery lead time is 2 days, call or email if you need special assistance.

Size category 1: Small 2 Door Cars - Honda Civic, VW Cabrio, BMW 3-series 2 door, Mercedes SL, etc.
Note: No 4 door vehicle is considered a "Small Car" in our size categories.
Size category 2: Mid Sized cars - Honda Accord, BMW 3 & 5 series 4 door, Mercedes C & E Class, Volvo Sedans, etc.
Size category 3: Full Size cars & Small SUV's - Mercedes S Class, BMW 7 Series, Volvo Wagons, Mercedes ML, etc.
Size category 4: Full Size SUV and trucks - Suburban's, Expeditions, Minivans, Full Size Pick Up's, etc.
*Exotic vehicles, Hummers, Conversion vans, and Limousines
